We do not store your full card details. Payments are processed directly by our payment providers, who handle your card information under their own security standards. We receive only confirmation of payment and the last four digits of the card.

8. Transfers outside the UK
Some of our providers, including Wix and Google, store or process data outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement, to ensure your information receives an equivalent level of protection.

Order and transaction records: six years from the end of the relevant financial year, to meet HMRC requirements

11. Keeping your information secure
Our website is served over an encrypted connection, and access to customer and order records is restricted to those who need it to run the business. No transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information and will notify you and the Information Commissioner's Office where required if a breach occurs.
12. Children
Our website and products are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top. Where changes are significant, we will tell you by email or by a notice on the website.
