We use a premium coconut and soy wax blend in all our candles. Coconut and soy burn more slowly and more evenly than paraffin, hold fragrance oil well, and produce less soot. All our candles are 200g.
Yes. All Mallow & Moo products are 100% vegan and cruelty free. Our reed diffusers use a plant-based base rather than a petroleum-derived one.
Every Mallow & Moo candle is hand-poured in small batches in the North West of England.

A gourmand fragrance is one built around edible or dessert-like notes - vanilla, cocoa, caramel, biscuit, cream, spice. Our gourmands are blended with botanicals and woods so they stay sophisticated rather than sweet: Milkmaids Biscotti pairs spiced biscuit with buttermilk, and Embered Mallow sits smoked vanilla against resinous guaiac wood.
The Mallow Edit is our daytime collection, in frosted white glass: fresh, botanical and lightly sweet. The Moo Edit is our evening collection, in matt black glass: deeper, warmer and more indulgent. Same quality, different mood - many customers own one of each.

Yes. All seven signature fragrances are available as 100g wax melt snap bars from £8, which is the easiest way to find the scent you love before buying the jar.
Ordering and delivery
UK delivery is £3.95 by Royal Mail Tracked, and free on all orders of £30 and over. We currently ship within the UK only.
Orders are dispatched within one to two working days and typically arrive within two to three working days of dispatch by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Yes, at no extra charge. Every candle and reed diffuser arrives in our own signature gift box, hand-tied with grosgrain ribbon.
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you wish to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the items, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Full details are on our Delivery & Returns page.
